Returns

You may return most unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

• Not have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Items

If you receive:

• The wrong item

• A faulty product

• A damaged item during delivery

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will:

• Provide a prepaid return shipping label (where applicable).

• Replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

You will not be charged any return postage where the error is ours.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase

If you ordered the wrong item, no longer need it, or simply changed your mind:

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

• Any applicable postage and handling charges may be deducted from your refund.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned unless faulty:

• Used or installed products.

• Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.

• Products missing original packaging or accessories.

• Clearance or special-order items (unless faulty).
